Edit
the Print Order of Objects in Forms
            How Do I...

Each form object (data, text, OLE, and so on) has an order
number: the order in which the object will print. In the Edit
Print Order window, you can modify the order of objects, edit an existing
object, delete form objects, or print the Object Order list to troubleshoot
 form errors.

                - Display a form in the Forms
 Design window.
- Using the Selection
tool, right-click with your mouse pointer in a blank area of the form.
Or, select a single form object and right-click.
-
                    Choose Order from the pop-up
menu. Tell me more about the right-click menus in Forms Design. Sage 50 displays the Edit
 Print Order window.
                    - To move an
object in the object order list, select the object and click the
up or down arrow buttons. The order numbers will change to reflect the
 new object order.
- To examine
the properties of a selected object, click the Edit button.
- To delete
an object in the list, select the object and click the Delete
button. The object is also removed from the form.
- To print
the object order list, select the Print
button. This report can be helpful when you are troubleshooting print
errors related to the form's design.
- When you are finished editing the object order,
click OK to return to the Forms
 Design window.
