Use this dashboard section to see what transactions are assigned to you. You can see information regarding tracking the transaction such as Status and Tracking Notes. You can change the status of transactions and/or who transactions are assigned to. You can use this section in conjunction with the Transactions by Tracking Status section to help you know where you need to concentrate energy and time in your business.
You can:
Click Search. To clear the search information, click Clear Search.
Clicking Advanced search again will close the search filters.
Note: These settings will be saved causing the list to be filtered and sorted the same way the next time you view this screen.
Note: These changes will be saved automatically. The section will appear the same the next time you view this screen. These settings are saved on a per user basis. That means each user of Sage 50 can customize the appearance of the section to meet their needs.
It's possible that the filters are set to exclude that transaction. For instance, the Transaction Date Range might be set to a range that does not include the transaction. Show Transactions might be set to Assigned to another user/role. The search criteria may cause the transaction to not be included. To clear the search criteria in the My Inbox section, click Advanced Search, and then Clear Search.
Click the Detail link on the transaction line.
Transactions are assigned using the Track It panel on transaction windows (Quotes, Sales Orders, and so on) or from My Inbox.
Note: Your selections will be limited based on your access rights. Also, the transactions you see will be limited based on your access rights. Only transactions that you have access to will appear in the list.
Click the drop-down arrow and select the user or role.
Note: The change will automatically be saved.
OR
Click the drop-down arrow and select the status.
Note: The change will automatically be saved.
OR
Select the Select checkbox next to each transaction you want to change.
Note: You can only change multiple transactions at the same time if they are the same type. For example, you can make changes to multiple Sales Invoice transactions at the same time, but you can't make changes to Sales Invoice transactions and Quote transactions at the same time.
Click OK..
Note: The changes will automatically be saved.
