To search for most types of existing transactions (journal entries, invoices, payments, and so on), click the List toolbar button. Sage 50 displays the list of transactions for that transaction type, which allows you to choose a transaction to edit. You can select a transaction by highlighting and double-clicking it. When you're through making the edit, select the Save button.
For events, select the Open button. This will bring up the Select Transaction Lookup window. Select the transaction you want, and click Open. You can select a particular period from the drop-down list on the top right.
