Import Records from QuickBooks
Before you can perform this task
- Prepare the QuickBooks file you want to import into Sage 50 Accounting
- Make sure your regional settings are the same as the machine on which the QuickBooks records were exported
- If the QuickBooks file you are importing contains more than five additional information boxes, decide which ones you want to import.
To import QuickBooks® records into Sage 50 Accounting:
- Open Sage 50 Accounting. In the Home window, on the File menu, choose Import/Export, and then Import Records.
- When the Import Records Wizard starts, select QuickBooks.
- (Optional) To back up your data, click Back Up and select the backup options.
- Follow the steps in the Import Records Wizard.
- Review the records you have imported.
