Print the Sage 50 Technical Support Information Form

The Technical Support Information form can assist Sage Customer Support Analysts in resolving your problems, addressing your comments, or forwarding your enhancement requests about Sage 50 products and services.

  1. Start Sage 50, and open your company (if it is not already open).
  2. From the Help menu, select Customer Support and Service and then Technical Support Information. Sage 50 displays the Technical Support Information window.
  3. Choose the type of request (Problem, Comment, Question, or Enhancement) by selecting the down arrow at the side of the Category field.
  4. Complete the form, including a brief description of your comment or concern. If you save the form, your description will be saved.
  5. For complete system information, select the PeachtreeXXX.INI check box. Support analysts can use this information to help resolve your problem more quickly.
  6. Select the Print or Display button. If your support rep requests, you can email her a PDF file of the report.

    Note: Your comments and other information required by customer support will print.

Depending on the support option you select, you can fax, mail, or email ALL of the pages to the number or address provided by Sage Customer Support. If faxing the information to Sage 50, make sure to send ALL the pages that printed.
