Sage 50 Technical Support Information

The Technical Support Information form can assist Sage Customer Support Analysts in resolving your problems, addressing your comments, or forwarding your enhancement requests about Sage 50 products and services. When you contact support, your support representative may ask you to read the information displayed on the form, or sometimes to email the form to them.

The Technical Support Information form lists the following:

Description: The information you enter in the Description field is saved and will appear the next time the Technical Support Information window is opened. Selecting Delete deletes information entered in the Description field.
