Post journal entries to the General Ledger (Batch mode only)

Unpost journal entries from the General Ledger (Batch mode only)

To post journal entries, select the Post from the System submenu of the Tasks menu. When you post, the entries you choose distribute permanently to the General Ledger.

Note: This option is only available if the company is using the batch methodorSmartPostingto post and unpost journal entries.

You can choose to post:

All Journals

OR one or more of the following:

Cash Disbursements Journal
Cash Receipts Journal
General Journal
Inventory Adjustments Journal
Assemblies Journal
Payroll Journal
Purchase Journal
Sales Journal
