Use tracking statuses to track transactions

Overview of tracking transactions in Sage 50 (Order Process Workflow)

If you assign users and statuses to your transactions to track them, you can also have notifications sent when certain conditions are met. These notifications will be sent within Sage 50 to the Sage 50 user or users that are specified as part of the rule. Users can view their notifications in the My Notifications list.

Notifications can be sent when:

transactions are assigned certain tracking statuses
transactions are assigned to certain users or roles
the tracking status and/or assignee on transactions are changed

You set up Notification Rules to stipulate:

the conditions that cause the notification to be sent
who the notification should be sent to
what the notification should say
