Modify the Payment Transactions Report
- In the Home window,
open the Report Centre. Select Suppliers
& Purchases and then Payment Transactions.
Click Modify this report.
- (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
- Select how transaction
details should be sorted, by Date or by Transaction Number.
- Enter the Start and Finish dates
or transaction numbers.
- In the Show
section, select the payment types you want to appear in the report:
- Bill
Payments - payments made to purchases on account
- Credit
Card Payments - credit card bill payments
- Other
Payments - payments made at the time of purchase
- Corrections
- original transactions and voids.
- (Optional) Customize
the:
- (Optional) Save the report as a template in My
Reports.
- Click OK to display the report.
