Select a Customer's Preferred Language

To select the preferred language of a customer:

Open the Options tab in the customer record.
How?
1. In the Home window, click the Customers icon.
2. Locate and double-click the customer's name in the list to open their customer record.
3. Click the Options tab.
Select a language from the Conduct Business in list
Click Save and Close.
