About Inserting Links to Files or the Web
With the Insert Link option, Sage 50 Accounting lets you link supporting documents for your invoices and general journal entries.
You have the option of linking to a file on your computer or network or providing a link to a web address. If you use a cloud storage service like Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive, you can use the web address option.
Note: You can only link to one file on your computer or network. If you want to link to multiple documents, either combine the files together in a compressed file format, such as .ZIP, or upload the files to a cloud storage service and provide a link to the online folder.
