In the Home window, the Search Companyfield provides basic options to search for a record or transaction.
If you need to find very specific information
about a record or transaction, use the advanced search options.
If you are looking for Accounts, you can search either by Name or Number.
If you are looking for Inventory and Service Items, you can search by Number or Description.
If you are working with a consolidated company, you can only look up account records and general journal entries.
Note: If you are adjusting a paycheque that was processed in Sage 50 Accounting 2013 or a future version, the YTD values shown are the YTD amounts at the time the paycheque was processed.
