Sage 50 Accounting Setup Guide
Use the Setup Guide to quickly add or change information about Customers, Vendors, Employees, and Accounts.
After you first create your company in Sage 50 Accounting, you can also use the Setup Guide to enter:
- Opening balances for your financial accounts
- Unpaid customer invoices, and calculate the opening balance of the Accounts Receivable account
- Unpaid vendor invoices, and calculate the opening balance of the Accounts Payable account
Who has access to the Setup Guide?
- If you are logged in as a user with view-only permissions for a modules (for example, Vendors), you will not be able to open the setup window for that module.
- In multi-user editions of Sage 50 Accounting, the Setup Guide is only available in single-user mode. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
