Default Printer

How Do I...

This identifies the printer to be used when printing the report or form. Typically, this is the default printer currently set up in Windows. You can also use the printer properties to specify page setup, orientation (portrait or landscape), and type of paper used. These options vary depending on the type of printer that is set up.

Note: You may want to print in landscape mode, especially if you have many fields with column breaks. This may allow you to fit all your headings on one page.

The page automatically breaks after the column closest to the margin of the page. Although you can't select the page break to move it, resizing the columns will move the page break, as will grouping appropriate fields (using the Break column of Field Settings) together.
