The Tickets Used in Invoicing report lists tickets that have been billed to your customers (applied to a sales invoice). This report is useful when a customer calls with a question about a bill. You can enter the customer ID and invoice number in separate filters to display all tickets applied to the invoice that fall within a specific date range.
