Sage 50 License Manager
You can control which computers have access to Sage 50 on the License Manager window. View the number of licenses allowed for your serial number, and see the number of licenses that are in use.
All computers that are registered with the same serial number will display in the list. To identify these computers, the list shows the Computer Name, Model, and Manufacturer of each workstation. The Status column shows if the computer is authorized to use Sage 50. Control which computers are authorized by selecting the Authorized check box.
What are the different statuses?
- Authorized -This computer has access to Sage 50.
- Authorized - only local changes allowed - This computer has access to Sage 50. The authorization status can only be changed directly from this computer.
- Not authorized – only local changes allowed - This computer does not have access to Sage 50. The authorization status can only be changed directly from this computer.
- Not authorized - This computer does not have access to Sage 50.
- Not authorized – locked by Sage 50 support - This computer does not have access to Sage 50 because it has been locked by Sage 50 support. When this status displays for a computer in the list, the Authorize check box is disabled. Contact the Sage 50 support team for assistance.
