Create a Letter Template Wizard - Introduction

The Create a Letter Template Wizard guides you through the process of creating a new letter template that you will use when you process a mailing. You can access the Create a Letter Template Wizard from the Select a Report or Form window.

  1. From the Select a Report or Form window, select the Forms tab.
  2. In the Form Types section, select the type of letter you want to create from the drop-down list (for example, select "Customer Labels and Letters" if you want to create a customer letter).
  3. Select a letter template from the list in the Forms section. (This icon indicates the item is a standard letter template. This icon indicates the item is a custom letter template.)
  4. The New Letter Template link should appear above the Forms section. Select the New Letter Template link to start creating a new letter template.
  5. The Create a Letter Template Wizard Welcome window appears. Select Next to go to the next wizard window to start creating the letter template.
