When you copy a journal entry, you create one copy of the journal entry that is displayed.
When you recur a journal entry, you create the same journal entry again over a set interval of time. For example, weekly for 6 weeks or monthly for 12 months. Tell me how.

To copy a journal entry from the General Journal Entry screen:
Go to Tasks>General Journal Entry.
Click the List button.
Open the journal entry you want to copy.
Click the Copy button.
The new journal entry appears on the screen.
Add or edit the information on the journal entry as necessary.
Click Save.
You can also copy a journal entry from the General Journal List. How?
Go to Lists>General Journal Entries.
Select the journal entry you want to copy.
Click the Copy button.
The new journal entry opens on the General Journal Entry screen.
Add or edit the information on the journal entry as necessary.
Click Save.
You can also right-click on a journal entry in the list to choose to copy it.
