Adjust Budget Amounts

• Click on the cell in one corner of the range of cells with your left mouse, and drag to the opposite corner. The range you've highlighted will be shaded.

• Click on the cell in one corner of the range of cells. Hold down the Shift key, and click on the opposite corner.

1. Enter the amount to adjust by. It can be negative or positive. The default is to adjust by dollars, but you can select to adjust by a percentage.
2. Check "Round amount to the nearest..." to enable rounding.
3. Then, select to round to the nearest dollar, hundreds of dollars, or thousands of dollars.
