Financial Statement Wizard - Formatting and Default Printer
How Do I...
This window lets you choose layout options that define how your new
financial statement will display or print. Here, you can also choose the
default printer that Sage 50 will use to print the statement.
Formatting
- To have consecutive page numbers appear on the
printed or displayed financial statement, select the Print
Page Numbers check box.
- If you want zero dollar amounts to appear on the
printed or displayed financial statement, select Show
Zero Amounts.
- To print or display all account names with initial
capital letters, select Print All Words
Capitalized. For example, choose this option if you want to see
"Payroll Checking Account" instead of "payroll checking
account."
- In the Right
Margin and Left Margin
fields, enter in inches the amount of space you want to leave at each
margin. Enter 1/2 inch as .5.
- If you want the report centered on the page instead
of left justified, select Center on Page.

Here, the wizard displays the current
Windows default printer.
Sage 50 will always use this printer to print the financial
statement unless you change it.
