Set up action item and event log options
The Event Log displays events recorded for a customer, vendor, or employee over a range of time you specify. You can filter this list to see only certain types of activities and whether they're completed or not completed. You can mark activities or events as completed here by selecting the check box in the far-left column. You cannot edit any of the other information in the list edit box, however.
Double-clicking any of the line items displays the Create Event window.
The toolbar at the top of the window contains the following buttons: Close, Event, Print, Filter, and Help.
