Similar to transactions, you can set up recurring to-do task items in Sage 50.

To create a recurring To-Do task

  1. From the Tasks menu, select Action Items. Sage 50 displays the Action Items window.
  2. Select the To Do tab, and enter or choose a task.
  3. Select the Recur button.
  4. Fill out this information in the dialog box:

    Number of times: Enter the number of times you want recur a to-do task.

    When to occur: Select the range from daily to yearly.

  5. When you are finished, select OK to accept the information.
