Select a Customer's Preferred Language

To select the preferred language of a customer:

1. Open the Options tab in the customer record.
   How?

   1. In the Home window, click Customers & Sales on the navigation pane.
   2. In the Tasks pane, right-click the Customers icon and select Modify Customer from the menu.
   3. Select a customer from the list and click OK.
   4. Click the Options tab.
2. Select a language from the Conduct Business in list
3. Click Save and Close.
