Assign or Unassign a Security Role to a User

In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Set Up Users & Roles and enter your Sysadmin password.
On the Users tab, select the user to whom you want to assign a role and click Modify User.
Select a User Role and review the access rights for this role.
Click OK to close the Modify Role window.
Click Close.

On the Users tab, select the user from whom you want to unassign a role and click Modify Role.
Change the User Role to Custom. (Optional) Add or remove access rights for this user.
Click OK to close the Modify Role window.
Click Close.
