Include Logo on Invoices and Statements

Sage 50 Accounting supports the following image types for logos: .bmp, .gif, .png, or .jpg.

Turn on logo in Reports & Forms settings

Note: If you have selected a user-defined form, you must click Customize Form and manually add the logo to your form.

  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Reports & Forms.
  2. On the left side of the window, click Invoices or Statements.
  3. Select the Company Logo box.
  4. Click OK.

  1. Click Yes when prompted to include the company logo. You can see a preview in the Sage 50 Forms Designer.
  2. (Optional) Click Customize to modify the form template.
  3. Click OK to continue emailing or printing the invoice.

If you have not turned on the Show Company Logo option in Reports & Forms settings and you create an invoice, you will see a prompt to include a logo.

  1. Click Yes when prompted to include the company logo.
  2. Click Browse to find the image file you want to use. You can see a preview in the Sage 50 Forms Designer.
  3. (Optional) Click Customize to modify the form template.
  4. Click Yes to continue emailing or printing.
