Project Budget Reports

The Project Budget report shows the actual revenues and expenses for one or more projects compared to the budget revenues and expenses. You can show or compare:

  • Dollar amounts only
  • Dollar amounts with the difference shown as a percentage
  • Dollar amounts with the difference shown as in dollars

You can select the current or previous fiscal year in Project Budget reports when you first upgrade to Sage 50 Accounting 2008 or later. In Sage 50 Quantum Accounting, you can select previous, current, and future fiscal years in Project Budget reports. (Sage 50 Quantum Accounting) As you add each new fiscal year, however, these reports can include an additional year of data, up to the maximum limit of seven years

The Detail report provides information for the affected revenue and expense accounts, and departments, if you are using them.

You can drill down to the Detail report from the Summary report.

You can drill down to the project record in the Detail report.

Note: If the feature to clear data automatically is set at less than five years of historical data, then your reporting options are automatically limited to less than five years.
