Modify an Image - Sage 50 Forms Designer
To modify an image on a Sage 50 Form using the Sage 50 Forms Designer:
Re-size the image
- Click on the image to select it. The pointer changes to a cross as it moves over the black squares surrounding the selected image.
- When the double-headed arrow appears, drag the image to increase or decrease its size.
- To undo the resizing, click the Undo button on the toolbar.
- Click Save on the toolbar.
If you had selected Lock Aspect Ratio check box in Image Properties, the image will maintain its scale during this re-sizing process.
Re-scale the image
- With the form open in the Sage 50 Forms Designer, right-click on an image element and select Properties.
- In the Scale section, type or use the arrows to specify the height and width.
- If you select the Lock Aspect Ratio check box, Sage 50 Accounting locks the image scale as entered in the height and width boxes. You will then be able to re-size the image on the form while maintaining the scale of the image.
- Click OK to save the changes made.
Change where the image appears
in a multi-page or a multi-stub form
- With the form open in the Sage 50 Forms Designer, right-click on an image element and select Properties.
- In the Show section, select whether you want the image to appear on all pages, on the first page, on the final page, or on all pages except the final page.
- If the Stub Field check box is available, then you are customizing a form which contains more than one stub. If your form contains two stubs, and you want the image to appear on both stubs, then select this check box.
- Click OK to save changes.
Move an image on the page
- Click on an image to select it. The pointer changes to a cross when it is placed over the selected image.
- Drag the image to its new location.
- Click OK to save changes.
Note: To reset the form to the original template provided in Sage 50 Accounting, on the Edit menu choose Revert To Template. You can also undo changes by clicking the Undo button on the toolbar, or choosing Undo Changes from the Edit menu.
