When Sage 50 Accounting encounters reduced functionality, you can perform the following actions:

Create and export reports
Look up previous transactions

If Sage 50 Accounting is experiencing reduced functionality, you cannot perform the following actions:

Create new transactions
Adjust existing transactions
Use the Export ROE Web utility
Make direct payments

To return to full functionality

Open the Help menu and choose Renew Product Subscription.
Call the number provided to contact Sage and update your payment information.
