Add or Modify Bilingual Fields or Data
Before you can perform this task
- Turn on the bilingual data entry feature.
- Ensure the preferred language of your customer or supplier is set to French or English.
To add or modify a field description or data in both English and French:
- In the
record or settings window, click
located in or next to
the field you want to modify. - Type in the English word and its French equivalent.
- Click OK.
- Click OK to close the record or settings window.
