Export an Account Budget

To export an account budget:

  1. In the Home window, on the File menu, choose Import/Export, and then Export Records.
  2. Select Export account budget and click Next.
  3. Enter a name for the file you are exporting.
  4. Enter the destination that you want the file to be saved to, or click Browse to navigate to a destination, and click Next.
  5. Select the column of every account you want to a export budget for. Click Select All to export every account in the list.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the column of every department you want to a export budget for. Click Select All to export every department in the list.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Finish.
