If you have registered for ROE Web, you can prepare multiple record of employment (ROE) forms in a single file and then quickly upload it to the government Web site as a bulk transfer.
For each CRA Business Number that you use, you can select one or more terminated employees for whom you want to prepare a record of employment. Sage 50 Accounting extracts information from the employee's record to fill in as much of the ROE form as possible.
There are two ways to prepare ROE Web forms:
Sage 50 Accounting makes sure the information in each record of employment (ROE) form is valid before uploading it to the ROE Web site. This ensures ROE Web will accept your file and allows you to make online corrections to any ROE forms that are not given a status of "ROE Passed".
ROE files are uploaded as a Draft, which you can still review online to make sure they are correct and complete. From the ROE Web site, you can make final changes to or print any of the ROE forms before submitting them to the government.
