Create an Accountant's Copy

To create an accountant's copy:

  1. (Optional)  Back up your company before creating an accountant's copy.
  2. In the Home window, on the File menu, choose Accountant's Copy, then Create Accountant's Copy.
  3. Accept the suggested file name or change the name to better describe its contents. For example, you might want to add the date or the name of your accountant to the file.
  4. Accept the suggested location for saving the accountant's copy, or click Browse to choose another location.
  5. Click OK.
