Display and Print a Sales vs Sales Due Graph

Before you can perform this task 

You must have access rights to Reports for Transactions in the Customers & Sales security option.

This graph is called Sales vs Receivables if Sage 50 Accounting is set to use accounting terminology.

To display and then print a Sales vs Sales Due graph:

1. In the Home window, open the Graphs menu, and select Sales vs Sales Due.
2. Select a year to report on, Current Year or Previous Year.
3. (Optional) Select Include inactive accounts.
4. Select the revenue accounts you want to see in the graph. Click Select All to report on all accounts in the list.
5. Click OK to display the graph.
6. (Optional) Click Print to print the graph.
