Change Your Industry Type

To change the type of industry Sage 50 Accounting uses to organize your company data:

Note:  When you change your industry type, the terminology used to describe customers and vendors on program tabs and boxes will change as well.

1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
2. On the left side of the window, click Company, and then Information.
3. From the list in Industry Type select an industry type.
4. Click OK.
