Turn On or Off Automatic Save
        This feature saves changes made to a customer,vendor, price list, 
 or account records 
 without having to click the Save button.
        To turn on or off the automatic save feature:
        
            - In the Home window, 
 on the Setup menu, choose User Preferences, 
 and then Options.
- Select the Automatically Save Changes To Vendor, Customer, And Other 
 Records check box.
- Click OK.
