Pause the Sharing of your Company through Sage Drive

If you have shared a company through Sage Drive, at some point, you may want to temporarily suspend sharing. If you choose to pause sharing, other Sage 50 Accounting users with access rights to the company via Sage Drive will not be able to download the company file. You can continue working with the file as if it was not a shared file. However, you must choose to resume sharing after you complete your work so the changes are uploaded to Sage Drive.

To pause sharing of your company: 

1. In the Home window, on the File menu, choose Sage Drive. then Pause Sharing.
2. Continue working as you normally would.
