Modify the Text in the Columns - Sage 50 Forms Designer

Open the Sage 50 Forms Designer.

You can perform the following modifications using the Sage 50 Forms Designer:

ClosedRename the column heading

  1. Click the Columns button.
  2. Under the Column Title heading, click on the title you want to rename.
  3. Enter the new column title.
  4. Click OK.

ClosedChange the format of the text

  1. Click the Columns button.
  2. In the Text section, make the format changes you want.
  3. Click OK.

ClosedChange the column heading background colour

  1. Click the Columns button.
  2. In the Text section, there are two coloured buttons below Background. Click the top button.
  3. Select a colour and click OK.
  4. Click OK to save changes.

ClosedChange the data column background colour

  1. Click the Columns button.
  2. In the Text section, there are two coloured buttons below Background. Click the bottom button.
  3. Select a colour and click OK.
  4. Click OK to save changes.

Note:  To reset the form to the original template provided in Sage 50 Accounting, on the Edit menu choose Revert To Template. You can also undo changes by clicking the Undo button on the toolbar, or choosing Undo Changes from the Edit menu.
