         Before you can perform this task
Before you can perform this task 
        You must have access rights to Reports for Transactions in   the Time & Billing security option.
        
         Time Slip Allocations by Employee

                - In the Home window, 
 open the Report Centre. Select Time 
 and Billing, Projects, and then Allocations by Employee Summary. Click Modify 
 this report.
- (Optional) Select 
 the Template 
 you want to use for the report.
- Enter Start 
 and Finish dates for the report.
- (Optional) Select 
 Include inactive 
 employees or Include inactive records  (Sage 50 Quantum Accounting).
- (Optional) Select 
 the Job category to include in the report. 
 If you select <None>, only employees not currently assigned to a 
 job category are listed.
- Select the employees 
 you want to include in the report. Click Select 
 All to report on all employees in the list.
- (Optional) Select 
 Include inactive 
 projects.
- Select the projects 
 to include on the report. Click Select All 
 to report on all projects in the list.
- If amounts from 
 one or more time slips is in a foreign currency:
                    - Click Exchange Rates.
- Enter the latest 
 exchange rate, or click Update to use your 
 company's most recent exchange rate.
- Click OK to apply the rate.
- (Optional) Customize 
 the:
				
- (Optional) Save the report as a template in My 
 Reports.
- Click OK 
 to display the report.

                - In the Home window,
