 
        
        Modify a Sales by Salesperson Report
         Before you can perform this task
Before you can perform this task 
        You must have access rights to Reports for Transactions in        the Customers & Sales security option.
        
         Sales Summary by Salesperson
Sales Summary by Salesperson
        
        
            
                - In the Home window, 
 open the Report Centre. Select Customers 
 & Sales and then Sales by Salesperson 
 Summary. Click Modify this report.
- (Optional) Select 
 the Template 
 you want to use for the report.
- Enter the Start and Finish dates 
 for the report.
- (Optional) Select 
 Include inactive 
 employees.
- (Optional) Select 
 Show employees from all job 
 categories.
- Select the employees 
 you want to include in the report. Click Select 
 All to report on all job categories.
- In the Select 
 Categories to Report section, select the revenue sources you want 
 to include in the report:
                    - Inventory & Service 
- Freight 
- Other Sales - includes all goods 
 and services not in the Inventory & Services List, such as items without an inventory record that are entered on an invoice, or items that have been deleted from your inventory list 
- Group revenues 
 by Sales item or Customer 
 (shows all revenue sources).
- (Optional) Customize 
 the:
				
- (Optional) Save the report as a template in My 
 Reports.
- Click OK 
 to display the report.
 
         Sales Detail by Salesperson

                - In the Home window, 
 open the Report Centre. Select Customers 
 & Sales and then Sales by Salesperson 
 Detail. Click Modify this report.
- (Optional) Select 
 the Template 
 you want to use for the report.
- Enter the Start and Finish dates 
 for the report.
- (Optional) Select 
 Include inactive 
 employees.
- (Optional) Select 
 Show employees from all job 
 categories.
- Select the employees 
 you want to include in the report. Click Select 
 All to report on all job categories.
- In the Select
