 
        
        Modify a Customer Time and Billing Report
        Select the Customer Time and Billing 
 report you want to modify:
         Customer Time and Billing Summary
Customer Time and Billing Summary
        
        
            
                - In the Home window 
 open the Report Centre. Select Time 
 & Billing, Billing, and then Customer Time and Billing Summary. Click Modify this report.
- (Optional) Select 
 the Template 
 you want to use for the report.
- Enter Start 
 and Finish dates for the report.
- (Optional) Select 
 Include inactive 
 customers.
- Select the customers 
 you want to include in the report. Click Select 
 All to report on all customers in the list.
- (Optional) Select 
 Show foreign amounts.
- Select the activities 
 to include in the report, Invoiced, Uninvoiced, 
 or both.
- Select the Categories to report:
- Activities
                
- Employees, or Employees/Contractors  (Sage 50 Quantum Accounting)
- Activities 
 and Employees, or Activities and Employees/Contractors  (Sage 50 Quantum Accounting)
(Optional) If you select Activities 
 and Employees, or Activities and Employees/Contractors  (Sage 50 Quantum Accounting), you may want to determine how this information is grouped by selecting either        Activity 
 or Employee/Contractor.
            
                - (Optional) Click 
 Categories if you only want specific types of activities, employees, or contractors  (Sage 50 Quantum Accounting) to be reported.
- (Optional) Customize 
 the:
- Columns 
 that appear in the report
                
- Print 
 Settings
                
- Font 
 Settings
                
                - (Optional) Save the report as a template in My 
 Reports.
- Click OK 
 to display the report.
