Modify a Customer Aged Report
Select the Customer Aged report
you want to modify:
Customer Aged Summary
- In the Home window,
open the Report Centre. Select Customers
& Sales and then Customer Aged Summary.
Click Modify this report.
- (Optional) Select
the Template
you want to use for the report.
- (Optional) Select Show foreign amounts to include foreign
currency totals in the report.
- (Optional) Select
Include inactive
customers.
- Select the customers
you want to include in the report. Click Select
All to report on all customers in the list.
- (Optional) Select Group customers by
department and click Select
Departments. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
- Enter the end (As At) date for the report.
- (Optional) Customize
the:
- (Optional) Save the report as a template in My
Reports.
- Click OK
to display the report.
Customer Aged Detail
- In the Home window,
open the Report Centre. Select Customers
& Sales and then Customer Aged Detail.
Click Modify this report.
- (Optional) Select
the Template
you want to use for the report.
- (Optional) Select Show foreign amounts to include foreign
currency totals in the report.
- (Optional) Select
Include inactive
customers.
- Select the customers
you want to include in the report. Click Select
All to report on all of your customers.
- (Optional) Select Include Terms to display them for every transaction.
- (Optional) Select Group customers by
department. Click Select
Departments. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
- Enter the end (As At) date for the report.
- (Optional) Edit
the Include invoices paid in the last [ ] days
box. Change this number to 0 if you only want to see unpaid invoices.
- (Optional) Customize
the:
- (Optional) Save the report as a template in My
Reports.
- Click OK
to display the report.
