Importing Records from Quicken
You can easily import records (accounts, vendors, employees,
and customers) from Quicken® into Sage 50 Accounting.
When you create a new company, Sage 50 Accounting can
import any type of record from the New Company Setup Wizard. After you
set up a company, you can also use the Import/Export Wizard to import
all records, except accounts. When you import records:
- You must be in
single-user mode (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
- Sage 50 Accounting
does not import transactions (journal entries) from Quicken so that incoming
amounts do not put your accounts out of balance
